I m an award winner!!!

Its Friday, 9:30 AM. I have to be there by 10:00 AM. I just have half an hour at my disposal. I keep walking on a narrow road. I see fog everywhere. Till my vision could penetrate, i see nothing but fog and trees on either side of the road. Without losing hope i continue walking along the road. On walking for 20 minutes, the visibilility gets better, I see a couple of people on the roadside. This gives me a ray of hope. I continue walking until everything is visible and I see a huge hall. I glance my watch just to realise that I have reached the place on time. My friends are waiting outside the gate expecting me.. Peer: "Why are you so late?? Where have you been ?? Me : "Thats a big story. I ll tell everything in detail later. Lets get in now". A lot of people are waiting outside the hall with flowers and gifts. My friends, who are walking along with me, take the gifts and flowers. I greet everyone and walk past everyone to the entrance. A hefty guard stands there, scans me with a metal detector and shows me the way in. I reach the entrance. I enter the hall packed with people. There is a huge applause ( :P ) as I enter the hall and walk towards the front row. I greet everyone seated on the front row of the hall and find a seat with my name written on it. I sit on it and start talking to the person sitting next to me. Within 5 minutes of my arrival, a person holds the mic and starts talking. I hear him mention my name and my achievements. He announces the list of awardees and hands over the mic to another person. He announces the names and people receive their awards. I hear my name and walk towards the podium to receive my award. There is a huge applause ( I know this is significant amount of build up :P ) and i reach the podium and grab my award. I speak a few words and get back to my seat. People congratulate me and i feel honoured. The person on the stage starts praising me for my contribution and achievements. Suddenly there is a huge explosion on the hall and everything goes blank. I open my eyes in shock just to realize that its morning. Is it over??? I say to myself and sport a smile.
